What is the quality of your wall art?
We take great pride in offering high-quality wall art. All prints are made to order, all suppliers located in Melbourne, Australia. Our prints are produced using premium materials and the latest printing technologies to ensure vibrant, durable, and true-to-life results.
What is the return and exchange policy?
If your prints arrive torn, please send us an email with photo evidence of this within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement to be sent out. Please keep in mind that crinkled paper is not considered faulty or broken.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping for loose prints. We want to make our wall art accessible to customers around the world. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location and size of print. Please visit our "Shipping" page for details.
Do you offer custom sizing options?
Yes, as we have a great relationship with our suppliers we offer custom sizing options for different individual needs than advertised on our website. If you have specific customisation requests, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Do you offer framing?
Framing is available to customers located in Melbourne, Australia only.
For interstate and international customers, we do not offer framing due to increased cost and risk of shipping. However, our loose prints can be sent to customers worldwide, allowing them source framing locally.
